The Custom Home Building Process.
Initial Meeting
Initial meeting at the future build property to go over your lot and answer any questions you may have.
Design
Whether you have development plans already or are starting from scratch, we are here to help you design your dream home.
Pricing
We review the development plans and begin the quoting process. This process usually takes two to three weeks.
Contract
Once we have arrived at the final development plan and cost, we create the contract to build.
Construction
We start construction once you close on your construction loan. If you are not financing, we start as soon as you are ready. We will give a completion date once we are far enough along in the build.

Communication
We communicate throughout the entire build process as changes are desired. Changes are part of the custom home building process and are expected. We expect and want you to be able to create the home of your dreams.
Transparency
We communicate any cost changes as we go along (additional costs or cost savings due to a change). We strive to have ZERO surprises at the end of the building process.
